COMPASS RETreat in Atlanta 2022

We're back from the COMPASS RETreat and the Compass Hawaii agents are feeling rejuvenated and refreshed! The COMPASS RETreat is not a real estate boondoggle. It's three-days jam packed full of learning, motivation, and inspiration. We learned how to better service our clients, how to better market our properties for sale, and to all-around become better, more healthy people, with a normal work-life balance. Not to mention the amazing opportunities we have to connect at COMPASS RETreat, to learn from other COMPASS agents, who are the best of the best around the Nation!

This year, our key-note speaker at RETreat was none other than Mel Robbins, accomplished author and motivational speaker. She taught us the "5 Second Rule" for taking action in our lives. See the video below.

Also, of course, the Compass Hawaii agents heard from our AMAZING CEO Robert Reffkin. He is truly a great leader. I appreciate his level of communication, transparency, and authenticity. Such a refreshing change. Robert Reffkin goes the extra mile to make a personal connection, in some way, with each and every COMPASS agent, and that is appreciated. As an example, he personally called me (and also other COMPASS Oahu agents) from New York on the days we joined COMPASS, and last week, stood at the entry and shook the hand of every COMPASS agent attending the RETreat as we entered our final gala event. We also had the pleasure of his attendance at most of the private gatherings of agents. Thank you, Robert! Your heart and commitment to COMPASS agents shows in all you do.
