Ana was there for us from the first day when we called her, telling her that we need an agent, until the closing day and even after that.
She helped us through all the intricate process of buying, with advice, referrals and guidance through all the paperwork needed to complete the process. While she was very receptive to our requests - she helped us put an offer on a very short notice on a house that we eventually decided not to buy, she never pushed us to do anything that we weren't comfortable doing.
The buying process was a lot easier with her help and in the end we felt we were lucky to have found a new friend.
