Yvonne brought in decorative artwork, plants, and other staging materials that she bought especially for my home that made the house look really beautiful. She even brought in a few pieces from her own home to create that picture perfect Hawaii style home. She created an incredible video showcasing the property by using professional photography including a drone that captures the house that is built into a steep hillside. The marketing materials were outstanding. She held numerous open houses and an extensive amount of showings. Always positive and excited to show the house.

Our neighborhood, Hawaii Loa Ridge is not a quick sale, many of the potential buyers have been purchasing the new luxury condos in town, and it does become exhausting to get a house ready to show with two teenagers living in it.
